Rosebank is also the only helmet manufacturer within Australia to have on-site, it's own in-house N.A.T.A. (National Association of Testing Authorities) certified laboratory.

Ongoing research and development can be conducted on-site, along with strict and rigorous batch testing that often far exceeds industry standards and even the Australian Standard (AS/NZS 2063), which is recognised as being one of the most stringent standards throughout the world.

The testing facility is able to test to Europe's CE Standard, and USA's CPSC Standard.

The uniquely Australian "Localised Load Test" measures the integrity of the helmet and it's ability to distribute the force of an impact to avoid skull fracture, such as that from a car window pillar or road-side guttering
